THE DETAILS

• Each website will be completed in the order in which it was received. If you have a timeline, let us know before you purchase. We do not guarantee completion due to varying circumstances, but we will do our best.

  Each website is created from a WordPress Theme. We will provide a link for you to choose a theme up to $60. 

• Choose a domain name. We will help you with that. It is best if you purchase the domain name thru us to save setup fees.
• All content is provided by client, including logo and any images. If you need stock images, we can help with that for an additional cost.
• A contract will be provided, outlining everything before the work begins.
• Forms and guides will be provided for you to gather information for your website.
• A contact form is included, additional forms may cost extra
• IF WE DO NOT HOST your website, there is an additional SETUP FEE of $350.

All websites will be renewed annually:
Domain Name: $35 for each per year
Hosting: $250 a year
Renewal date is normally the date domain is purchased.
This does not include Ecommerce website hosting.

MAINTENANCE PACKAGE (ADD ON)

• Maintenance (optional): $129 per month which includes up to $250 in edits per month at a rate of $75 per hour.

• Maintenance includes any edits up to $250 (labor costs only. Billed at $75 an hour) which includes edits, changes, additions, but also includes keeping WordPress, and all plugins up to date and working properly.

What is MAINTENANCE?
Maintenance is keeping the website running smooth.

• WordPress must be kept up to date. *

• WordPress Plug-Ins must be kept up to date and checked often to make sure they are functioning properly.*

• WordPress Themes must be kept up to date.*

• Security is important on websites, especially if you take payments. We offer SSL Certificates for a secure site.

• SITELOCK: We also offer the Sitelock service. Ask for details.

ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE ITEMS / IF ADDED MAY INCREASE RATE

• SSL certificates are available for a one time charge of $75.
  An SSL certificate displays important information for verifying the owner of a website and encrypting web traffic with SSL/TLS, including the public key, the issuer of the certificate, and the associated subdomains.

• SEO package available for $99 a year*
  What is SEO? SEO means Search Engine Optimization and is the process used to optimize a website’s technical configuration, content relevance and link popularity so its pages can become easily findable, more relevant and popular towards user search queries, and as a consequence, search engines rank them better.

Payment MUST be submitted to secure the FLASH SALE PRICE within 2 days of the FLASH SALE ending on September 6 at 5 pm. No exceptions.

Work will commence once HALF payment is paid in full and ALL website content, images and logos are submitted via email. We do not write your content for you or provide images, videos, etc.*
